...it's not just a fancy marketing slogan. Our mission is to enrich lives through our passions, people and principles. Enriching communities is the core objective that encircles every decision we make. We believe that by supporting our employees, and the communities in which we operate, that we can truly make a difference.

An essential part of enriching our communities is enriching the lives of those who live and work in those communities- our employees.
Through our Romulus Santa Project program, we help give back to our team members who need it the most.

National Pancake Day 2017

Sometimes enriching our communities means raising money- we've raised nearly $500,000 to support National Pancake Day in the last 5 years.
Other times enriching our communities means sponsoring booster clubs, youth sports, our local PTOs or hosting breakfasts.
It also means taking the time to volunteer in our communities- getting to know the neighbors we serve and having the opportunity to help those who give so much to us!
